Founding Membership Terms

These campaign terms record the promise clearly while LVLING remains in private alpha. They should be reviewed with the final platform terms before invitations are sent.

1. The benefit

A valid Founding 100 claim grants Levelling+ membership without a recurring membership fee for the lifetime of the member’s account while LVLING operates the applicable service.

2. What lifetime membership covers

It covers the Levelling+ software membership tier and the features allocated to that tier as they are released. It does not include physical goods, postage, insurance, third-party charges, regulated services, marketplace transaction fees, or unrelated products.

3. Eligibility and allocation

Places are available to the first 100 eligible community members who complete a valid claim. One entitlement is permitted per person and verified Google account. A claim is personal, non-transferable, cannot be sold and has no cash value.

4. Private-alpha confidentiality

Until LVLING makes the product public, members must not share invitation links, non-public screens, recordings, internal data, pricing methods or unreleased product details outside the authorised test group. Members may, however, use an explicit LVLING share action to share within the collector community a milestone or completion image generated by LVLING for that share action. This permission does not extend to invitation links, screens or recordings of non-public surfaces, internal data, pricing methods or unreleased product details.

5. Fair use

LVLING may revoke access for fraud, resale, duplicate claims, abuse, deliberate confidentiality breaches or material violations of the platform terms. Revoked places do not increase the original 100-person allocation.

6. Product development

Alpha features may change, move or be withdrawn as reliability improves. The founding entitlement remains attached to the account, but it is not a guarantee that every experimental or separately priced future service will become part of Levelling+.
